1. I made an order online and got there just before closing time and the shop was closed. No one even gave me a courtesy call to let me know! How hard would that have been?
2. I tried to make an order online but it said your services were down so you couldn't take online orders so I then called to make an order. It rang out twice. Seems you decided to close early again or were just avoiding the phone call because you didn't want to deal with another customer before home time.
I'll be going to a different store from now on.September 19, 2016
